About the role
Looking for an experienced restaurant manager to join our team at The Lodge Jamberoo' in Jamberoo, NSW. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our popular onsite restaurant operations. You will play a key part in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests and ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant.
What you'll be doing
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff rostering, inventory management, and budgeting
* Lead, motivate and develop a team of dedicated restaurant staff to provide exemplary customer service
* Implement and monitor food and beverage quality standards to ensure consistency and excellence
* Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
* Foster a positive, productive and collaborative work environment
What we're looking for
* Substantial experience (5+ years) as a restaurant or hospitality manager in a similar environment
* Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a team
* Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
* Proficient in inventory management, budgeting and financial reporting
* Sound knowledge of food safety, liquor licensing and other relevant regulations
* Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
