Drawing on the principles of culinary medicine and ancient healing traditions, St Clair Wellness offers therapeutic dining experiences, wellness retreats, and treatments designed to promote inner balance and sustainable wellbeing.
* Lake St Clair World Heritage Cruises is our marine experience on Australias deepest lake. Offering a ferry service or scenic cruise for our customers.

We are currently seeking a Duty Manager to join our management team.
As Duty Manager you will be responsible for:
* directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities
* assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction
* assisting the Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager and Head Chef in planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function and conference activities
* assisting the Licensee in observing liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations
* overseeing purchasing activities and accounting across departments. Including liaising with suppliers and logistics providers.
* supervising security arrangements, as well as grounds and property maintenance at the main accommodation site and staff village.
* ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to environment, occupational health and safety regulations and food safety
* supervising grounds maintenance, which may include re-establishing native plants that have been impacted by tourists
* may provide guests with local tourism information outside the Lake St Clair National Park.
As expected, this position requires a person who is highly organised with excellent people (customer, staff, supplier) interfacing skills and telephone manner, who prides themselves on their presentation, accuracy and attention to detail in their daily work and ability to assist in supporting and growing the business.
Ideally, you will have proven 5 star experience with a working knowledge of RoomMaster property management system.
You will also have experience in travel agencies and distribution channels and managed customers across a broad spectrum. Most importantly, you will have excellent communication skills, proven telephone sales abilities, commitment to customer service and a professional manner.

As we are a small and growing business, flexibility to work a range of shifts is required.

- Due to our location and proximity to schools, this position is not suited for applicants with school aged children who attend school.
- Ability to own a car and drive in Australia will be necessary in this role.
