The purpose of the role is to support of Korean clients’ escalations on transactional queries and support non-transactional requests for our Securities Services product. Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services. We are looking for a Client Service Manager who supports Korean clients contracted with HSBC HK Securities Services.
Job Description
üMaintain good service quality with responsible clients
üOversight of clients’ transaction inquiries
üResponsible and accountable for clients’ non-transactional requests
üDedicated point of contact for clients’ operational issues and escalation management
ü Manage client complaints and feedback and coordinate with internal stakeholders for improvement
ü Support Account Manager for Due Diligence and Service Review Meetings
Information
üExtensive experience in client facing role in the similar industry
üAble to demonstrate ability to build relationships with clients and internal
üMinimum of 7 years’ experience in Securities Services or other banking sector
üProficiency in English and Korean
üSound communication, interpersonal and organization skill
üHigh level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
