The marketing assistant will support the delivery of centre campaigns, digital activity, and in‐centre events that connect with our community and drive visitation. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and centre team to create engaging customer experiences and build relationships with retailers, partners, and community groups.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their marketing career, ideally a recent graduate with some hands‐on experience, who is eager to learn, contribute ideas, and gain exposure to a fast‐paced retail marketing environment.
Day‐to‐day responsibilities include:
* Support the delivery of centre campaigns, activations, and events
* Assist with creating and scheduling content across social media and digital platforms
* Coordinate with retailers, suppliers, and community partners to support campaign activity
* Contribute to marketing reporting, campaign insights, and retailer engagement
* Provide marketing administration support including purchase orders, signage, and campaign logistics
* Assist the centre team with operational marketing tasks and event preparation
* Be an active member of the centre team, helping create a welcoming and engaging customer environment
This is a casual position with hours varying week to week. Some weekend and evening work may be required to support events and activations.

You will bring
* Strong organisation and time‐management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with retailers, partners and internal teams
* A genuine interest in marketing, social media, and events
* A positive, can‐do attitude and willingness to pitch in across a variety of marketing activities
* Retail, hospitality or customer‐facing experience (highly regarded)
* Marketing, communications or related studies — recently completed or currently studying — are advantageous
