· Experience in finance with the motor / mortgage industry as a broker required
· Uncapped Commission + Competitive Base Salary
· Existing Lead Sources to build on provided, no cold calling
About you:
· Ability to generate and grow new referral relationships
· Strong sales and new business development skills
· Understanding of equipment finance and key industries
· End to end process of taking a customer application through to settlement
· Ability to communicate effectively with an array of customers and foster ongoing relationships
· Connect with customers to ascertain needs and listen to all concerns and address each problem with a tailored financial solution
· Ability to obtain accreditation with a variety of lenders
· Microsoft Office computer skills and a high level of attention to detail
· Full understanding of the Privacy Act (PA), Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act (AML/CTF Act)
· C class open driver's license
Responsibilities:
· This role will require a strong work ethic and drive to secure your clients the best deal possible from an Australia wide panel of lenders
· Responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining and growing referral relationships
· Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance
· Ensure all leads are acted upon in a prompt and professional manner
· Business Development to internal and external leads for new business opportunities
· Clear understanding of financial industry principals and regulations
· Participate in regular training and development for industry updates and compliance needs so we can meet the expectations of the company and customers
· Identify lending opportunities when discussing financial information to ascertain the most appropriate tailored package for the customer
· Collate information from customers maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality and accurately lodge the paperwork into the relevant software portals
· As a key member of our team, you will be easy-going yet professional and willing to support all areas of the business when required
