About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll take on a key leadership role within one of Brisbane's most fast-paced and high-performing retail environments. Based at the Brisbane Airport store, you'll work alongside an experienced Store Manager to lead, motivate, and support a passionate team. You'll be responsible for driving KPIs, maintaining high visual standards, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience — all while thriving in a unique, high-traffic retail setting.
What You Need
* Proven retail leadership experience, ideally within fashion or lifestyle retail
* Strong commercial skills across KPIs, sales, and wage management
* Visual merchandising experience and high attention to detail
* Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills
* A polished, service-driven approach with a passion for style and customer experience
