About the Role
You will play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly by managing administrative and bookkeeping functions and providing general office support.
Key Responsibilities
* General day‑to‑day office administration
* Bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable
* Invoicing and reconciliation using Xero
* Preparation of basic reports
* Data entry and record keeping
* Liaising with suppliers and clients as required
* Providing miscellaneous administrative support to management and the wider team
About You
* Previous experience in an office administration or bookkeeping role
* Experience using Xero is essential
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident with reports, accounts, and general admin tasks
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
* Comfortable working in a small, growing business environment
