**About the Role**:
As our Garden Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be at the helm, overseeing daily operations and scheduling client visits for our team of gardeners. You'll play a vital role in coordinating jobs and managing client expectations to deliver exceptional results. You'll need to keep everything running smoothly - from managing the schedule and ensuring all tools and equipment are maintained to a high standard, to making sure records are kept up to date for stock and resources. This role comes with responsibility, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage scheduling for client visits and coordinate tasks across the gardening team.
- Ensure all gardening tools and equipment are well-maintained and ready for action.
- Keep accurate records of stock, equipment, and client schedules.
- Supervise day-to-day activities, offering support and guidance to your team.
- Be the go-to person for ensuring high-quality work and excellent customer service.
- Maintain a work-life balance by managing workload and setting priorities effectively.
- Drive company vehicles (manual) and tow trailers to various client locations.
**About You**:
- You hold a Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens (or equivalent).
- You have prior experience in residential garden maintenance and a strong understanding of plants, pests, diseases, and irrigation systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- You're comfortable with manual driving, including towing a trailer, and have a valid driver's license.
- You're reliable, punctual, and have excellent communication skills.
- You pride yourself on your organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You're proactive, adaptable, and have a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
