Sunstate Motorcycles was established in **** and it has grown from a small Suzuki only Dealership to the largest independently owned Dealership Group throughout QLD.
We represent many manufacturers like Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Triumph, CF Moto, Seadoo ,Stacer ,Mercury and more.
Promote and sell motorcycle and marine accessories, parts, and gear
Provide expert advice to customers on the best products for their needs, including helmets, clothing, trailers, and more
Strong product knowledge and sales skills
Previous experience in sales or knowledge of motorcycle/boat accessories is preferred
About the role
Sunstate Motorcycles are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join their team.
Full-time roles are available based in Hervey Bay, Queensland, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our Motorcycle & Marine sales and servicing business.
What you'll be doing
Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable motorcycle or Marine and related products and services
Providing knowledgeable advice on motorcycle features, specifications, and financing options
Assisting customers with parts and accessories purchases as well as servicing and maintenance requirements
Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales, parts, and service process
Collaborating with the wider team to drive sales, increase customer retention, and contribute to the overall success of the business
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience in a sales or customer service role within the motorcycle, automotive, marine or a related industry
Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively match customers with the right motorcycle or marine ,accessories and parts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and provide a high level of customer service
A keen interest in Motorcycles and Marine and a passion for the industry
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the business
