Role Description
As a Senior Associate, you will play an important role in supporting Financial Management leaders and teams through clear communication, strong engagement activities and people-focused initiatives. You will contribute to a consistent and positive employee experience by helping deliver communications, engagement programs and leadership support that align with the group's priorities. Your work will support collaboration, clarity and connection across the Financial Management community.
Qualifications
* Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise and professional content for a range of internal audiences
* Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, with confidence engaging and collaborating with senior leaders
* Well-developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a willingness to take ownership and see work through to completion
* An interest in employee experience, engagement and communications, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
