The Communications Officer plays a crucial role in the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality communication services to internal and external clients, utilizing a Unified Attendant Switchboard Console and online directory to ensure exceptional customer service.
* Work collaboratively with the team to respond to emergency incidents and code situations, providing accurate information in reports and statistical data.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a multi-skilled environment, providing internal and external clients with a professional and efficient service. You will be responsible for handling switchboard calls, maintaining an online directory, and performing general reception duties for patients, visitors, and staff.
You will also have the chance to develop your skills in administrative activities, providing customers and clients with service details and developments, as well as offering advice on appropriate services in a professional and competent manner.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively at all levels, both individually and within a team environment, and to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and confidentiality.
* Thorough knowledge or demonstrated capacity to gain that of a large intelligent network and attendant console.
* Sound knowledge or ability to acquire the knowledge of the communication network and support services.
This is a full-time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight. The salary range is $66,049 to $70,993 per annum, plus a 11.5% superannuation contribution. Salary packaging benefits include living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year.
