Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Construction Specialist to contribute to the development of safe, compliant, and sustainable buildings. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality certification services that meet both statutory requirements and community expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Issuance of construction, occupation, and complying development certificates.
* Plumbing and drainage approvals under local government legislation.
* Development application processing and management.
* Critical stage inspections and plumbing and drainage inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Eligibility for registration as a Building Surveyor – Restricted (Class 1 & 10 buildings).
* Sound working knowledge of NSW planning legislation and the Building Code of Australia.
