Project Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned project director to lead complex, integrated projects that drive outstanding results.
This individual will manage schedules, deliverables, priorities, and teams towards seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop project scopes and staff plans in collaboration with account leads and specialty teams.
* Leverage project management tools and best practices to author and maintain project schedules, project briefs, cost estimates, and financial management.
* Demonstrate expertise in delivering multiple large initiatives independently and with minimal oversight.
* Identify and mitigate risks, providing solutions-oriented consultation to integrated team leads.
* Partner with Finance and Account teams to ensure projects are profitable and fees are aligned.
* Communicate project plans, setting expectations on due dates to meet project goals, scope, and budgets.
* Collaborate with Resource Management to establish staff plans, providing clarity on future staffing requirements.
* Maintain quality and consistency across all projects, adhering to brand guidelines.
