Process Improvement Specialist
We're seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Process Improvement Specialist. This role involves analysing, designing and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organisation.
The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to understand their processes, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that align with our strategic objectives.
This role requires reviewing existing processes, tools and systems, evaluating business processes through data analysis, interviews and observation, working closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and developing detailed process maps, workflows and policies.
In collaboration with senior management and other relevant stakeholders, the successful candidate will establish KPIs to measure the success of introduced process improvements and monitor and report on progress providing recommendations for further enhancements.
Additionally, the candidate will review, update, create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
