Salesperson selling within our Government & Department of Defence clients. Long term job and income security, work with us until retirement.
Operate like a Client liaison person, Quoting to existing Government clients, Order taking earn in access of a $100,000 income plus a $15,000 car allowance.
**Our/Your Clients** - Our clients ask us to quote, with the intention of getting three quotes then proceeding with us anyway, Well...most of the time. Whilst I wouldn't go as far as to say that it's like shooting fish in a barrel, you could say that it's like fishing at a trout farm.
This is the perfect position if you want to earn a constant yearly six figure income until retirement without reaching the point of burnout.
**The Ideal Person for this Position**
- **Your sales ability can range all the way from "A Really Good Salesperson" down to a person who is just a Good Customer Service Person with good follow-up skills**; Anyone who is anywhere in-between this spectrum of abilities has succeeded over the years and we have never told anybody that they are overqualified.
As long as you want to be here and take a bit of pride in yourself and the job, we really don't care if you have had harder jobs in the past, you can use a computer so you can process your own orders and update your own database, we are all nice people here but none of us want to do this for you, you're nice enough to everyone in the office, you look professional, dress skilled, you are motivated to take enquiries and produce proposals (proposals - basic templates) for existing clients and those that we refer to as " New Clients" who are really just enquiries from other Government departments within our existing client base, follow-up and take the orders then that's about all you need to be.

**You also need to have a "logically based mind".**

**The Position - Regardless of your Job title, **You are working amongst solid existing relationships, Federal and State Governments, all NSW Councils, Department of Defence, all Major Hospitals, and the Universities. In addition we have provided these clients with our prestigious solutions since the 1960s and we are fortunate as we have contracts in place and are highly regarded, which much of the time makes it an easy decision for our clients to continue the relationship with our company, so much so that this sales job is much of the time ORDER TAKING and now, more than ever before, The Australian Government are now pushing "Australian made" within their ranks in preference of the non-Australian suppliers and manufacturers which can only be a good thing for Australians.
**Salary Package Structure**
- **Our current staff achieve $135,000 income a year in (OTE) ON TARGET EARNINGS**, and this is an uncapped figure of which 2 of our sales team regularly achieve more. The base salary in your first year is $75,000 plus super plus $15,000 car allowance paid to you every year and an uncapped incentive commission and bonus structure.
