Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide administration support to the office 
- Process accounts receivable 
- Process accounts payable 
- Assit with adhoc tasks when staff are on annual or sick leave
**The Successful Applicant**: 
We are seeking an applicant who:
- Is willing to learn new systems and processes 
- Has a minimum of 5+ years experience in an administration role 
- Has a minimum of 5+ years in accounts receivables/payable 
- Is proficient in MYOB 
- Has experience in Arrow or Tencia (desired) 
- Is immediately available 
- Strong written and communication skills
