Role
You'll inherit a high-performing portfolio with strong existing contract revenue, supported by a Manager and Associate Director who are transformation specialists themselves. You'll recruit across a wide spectrum of project and program roles, including:
* Project & Program Managers and Directors
* Portfolio Managers
* Change Managers
* Business Analysts
* Product Owners
You'll work across a broad mix of industries - banking, education, healthcare, and more - placing candidates who are leading real change in tech, people, and process.

You're already a solid recruiter with experience placing contract or temp roles. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love managing a busy desk with multiple moving parts, and bring a sharp, entrepreneurial mindset to everything you do.
