The Opportunity:
We're looking for a full-time Recruitment Consultant to join Expect A Star in Sydney. You'll play a key role in connecting passionate early childhood educators with permanent roles across the region, while being supported by a team that values collaboration, relationships, and making a genuine difference.
Key responsibilities:
* Connecting passionate Early Childhood educators with permanent roles across Sydney
* Crafting and sharing engaging job ads across job boards, social media, and your network
* Interviewing and assessing candidates to find the perfect fit
* Building new client relationships and discovering new opportunities
* Partnering closely with centres to fill roles quickly and effectively
* Supporting candidates throughout their journey and nurturing long-term relationships
What we are looking for:
* Tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce, with a major in Human Resources or Management
* 2–3 years' experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the early childhood sector
* Proven ability to work towards and exceed targets and performance deliverables
* Strong candidate management and interview capability
* Excellent relationship-building skills
* Effective time management and critical thinking abilities
* A positive, energetic attitude with a resilient and adaptable mindset
