Tennant Consolidated Mining Group Pty Ltd (TCMG) is a gold resource company with an extensive exploration portfolio, including the Tennant Creek Goldfield.
Due to growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Site Travel Administrator to join our existing site admin team based at our Nobles Gold project in Tennant Creek Northern Territory. The working hours for this role can be structured to suit multiple structures based on the successful candidates' circumstances; from Full time or Part time - school hours Monday to Friday or a regular roster pattern with a set period of Roster Days On and Rostered Days Off. Options can be discussed with candidates at the interview phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Coordination: Arrange and confirm flights, charters, hire vehicles and accommodation for site crews.
- Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative assistance to management, monitor and action generic purchasing and inboxes to ensure requests are processed promptly.
- Roster Management: Monitor overall site attendance in line with rosters and report variances to Site General Manager and HR.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and conduct data entry for fuel usage, equipment defects, supervisor updates and other operational reporting.
- Procurement Support: Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with procurement policies.
- Logistics Support: Arrange freight collections and deliveries from various locations, track shipments and liaise with suppliers and transport providers.
- Fleet Management: Update and maintain the Fleet Register, including vehicle details, servicing, registrations and allocations.
- Inventory Management: Track office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Document Control: Manage and organise site documentation.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
- Assisting Safety Department: Provide administrative support for site emergency drills and incident reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with managers to keep all necessary records up to date.
- Work Environment: Contribute to a secure, enjoyable, and productive workplace culture.
- Communication: Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring information flows effectively across teams.
- Event Coordination: Organise on-site meetings, briefings, training sessions, and any other ad-hoc Tennant Creek based events.
About You:
- Local Resident: Tennant Creek Local Resident or NT Resident preferred
- Self-Motivated: Exhibit a proactive, team-oriented approach to work.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a Site Travel Administrator is desired but not essential.
- License Requirement: Possess a current, valid manual driver’s license.
- Work Authorisation: Hold full Australian working rights.
