Job Description
* Provide project planning, coordination, and reporting support to senior leaders and project teams.
* Develop accurate project documentation for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
* Prioritize timely delivery of operational processes and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Associate Director and Project Manager in coordinating project planning and execution.
2. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, meeting notes, action logs, and status reports.
3. Research and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement and prepare project briefs.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders across NSW Health to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or significant relevant experience.
* Strong project management, planning, and risk management skills.
* Excellent document control and communication skills.
