With a collaborative culture, this is a business where junior talent is supported and developed. your role This is a dual Junior Commercial Property Manager position, managing a small portfolio of 25–30 properties while supporting senior property managers across a broader asset base. It is the perfect role for an Assistant Commercial PM looking to step up into managing a small portfolio and not jumping directly into the deep end! It would also suit a Lease Administrator, Facilities Coordinator or a PM currently managing a resi and commercial portfolio, looking to join a leading business and focusing on commercial!
