For us, being a part of that story is a privilege.About the role:We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent Quality & Compliance Coordinator to become a key member of our team at Morayfield.Reporting directly to the Chief of Quality and Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards of care and compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for residents.Key responsibilities include:Conducting audits and reviews to ensure compliance with the Aged Care Strengthened Standards.Driving continuous improvement in clinical care, lifestyle and service delivery.Developing, implementing, and evaluating practices to align with organisational policies and procedures.Identifying risks and supporting teams to implement effective mitigation strategies.Supporting accreditation and quality processes.About you:Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered NursePrevious experience working in a similar quality roleStrong working knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and legislationExceptional mentoring and collaboration skillsExcellent time management and organisational abilitiesProficient in data interpretation and confident with computer systemsRockpool is inclusive and welcomes diversity.Rockpool recommends employees are up-to-date with their COVID vaccination (including booster) and highly recommends a current flu vaccination.
