* Build lasting relationships with our valued clients by understanding their needs and offering the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle
* Drive sales and hit targets, all while delivering world-class customer service
* Contribute to a supportive, upbeat, and goal-oriented team culture
* Assist customers in understanding pricing, financing options, and trade-in values
* Maintain communication with customers post-purchase, set up follow-up calls, emails, or visits to check on customer experience
* Work closely with other departments such as finance, service, and parts to provide a seamless experience for customers.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities
* Confident using CRMs, Excel, email platforms, and LinkedIn
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills (phone, email and in-person)
