We are seeking a talented professional to fill a challenging role as a Mechanical Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and management skills to our Mechanical Services group.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Display an overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development.
- Provide active field leadership, mentoring and guidance to the Mechanical Services team.
- Manage high risk activities in a structured and controlled manner utilising existing business processes and systems.
- Work collaboratively with multiple team members across various departments.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Highly skilled in, and familiar with maintenance of Fixed Plant equipment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- A positive mindset and demonstrated commitment to safety.
- Section 44 For Authorised Persons.
- Trade background essential - Australian Recognised Trade Certificate.
- Working at Heights (RIIWHS204E issued within 2 years).
- Enter and Work in Confined Space (RIIWHS202E issued within 2 years).
- C Class Driver's License (essential).
- Gas Test Atmosphere (MSMWHS217 preferred).
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug test.
