We're seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality frameworks and improvement strategies that lift practice standards and strengthen outcomes across our network.
In this role, you will: Lead the development and implementation of quality and continuous improvement initiatives Provide strategic guidance to Continuous Improvement Officers and service leaders Oversee Assessment & Rating processes and support services to achieve Exceeding outcomes Partner with leaders and educators to embed reflective practice and professional growth Champion safeguarding and promote a culture of safety and accountability This role is ideal for an experienced early childhood or education leader with a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and a proven record of driving organisational quality and capability.
