About the Role
In this role, you will be the voice of one of Australia's big four banks. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be contributing and making an impact every day. Our client delivers a seamless banking experience to more than 10 million personal and small business customers. What they do has a real impact at all stages of people's lives - whether it's opening your first account, saving for a wedding, buying your first home, or planning for your retirement.
Your understanding of your customers and the Bank's offerings means you always know the right specialist to refer customers to for their more complex needs whilst assisting with general enquires.
What you will be doing- Managing high volume inbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service- Building and establishing strong relationships with customers to create positive outcomes- Exhibiting excellent problem-solving and objection handling skills- Making everyday banking simple and easy
If you're interested, here is what you need to know.- Operating hours Monday to Sunday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (rotating roster)- Multiple positions available: Full Time - Part Time - Casual- 10 Days of training in office in Latrobe Street before moving to work from home ( no training on weekends)
