Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the customer experience, people development, merchandising, and operational functions of the store to achieve targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Drive sales with your team by implementing effective strategies and promoting a positive in-store experience.
* Recruit, train, develop, and succession plan your team members, promoting from within whenever possible.
* Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
* Roster your team according to the store's trading schedule.
