**About the Opportunity**
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate entry-level sales professional to join our growing organisation. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for driving new sales opportunities, products, services, and training offerings to new and existing customers across Australia and New Zealand.
You will achieve this by reviewing databases of up-coming construction projects and actively contacting the project architects to set up set up in-person or online appointments to present our industry-certified product ranges. You will also act as the point of contact moving forward to assist your clients with any technical, product or process-related queries.
Based in easy range of public transport in Coorparoo, you will be part of a friendly and supportive team of twelve. Full training on our products, services and processes is of course provided to give you the confidence and expertise to excel in the role. Once you've completed your initial training, you will have the ability to work from home two days per week.
Responsibilities include
- Use product knowledge and exceptional customer service to maximise the revenue potential of key accounts
- Develop new relationships and business opportunities with new customers
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients
- General administration using MS Office and our CRM database
**About You**
We are looking for self-motivated people with previous customer service or sales experience. As you will be dealing with a range of new and existing clients, you will need to be a confident communicator with solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales or Customer Service experience
- Self motivated and driven to achieve targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
