Stream Healthcare has partnered with leading NGO's and private organisations across Perth to recruit Occupational Therapists of all levels of experience! We have positions across all caseloads - Paediatrics, NDIS, Adult and Mixed!
About the Role...
Responsibilities
* Provide functional assessments, cognitive assessments, equipment prescription, home modifications and more!
* Have a diverse caseload - or tailor it to your speciality!
* Deliver evidence based interventions across the community, in homes, schools, facilities (to name a few)
* Work autonomously with support from leaders and multidisciplinary clinicians weekly, or when needed!
* Promote clients independence and celebrate each and every win!

What we need
* AHPRA Registration
* Current and unrestricted working rights
* Current driver's licence (unrestricted)
* National Police Clearance, NDIS Screening, and WWCC (or willing to obtain)
