Your Potential Role
As Change Manager you'll play a pivotal role in making change easier, clearer, and more human.
You'll focus on how change impacts people in their day-to-day roles ensuring that new systems, processes and ways of working are understood, adopted and sustained.
You'll partner with leaders, project teams and stakeholders to design and deliver change strategies that truly land and build lasting capability across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement change management strategies and plans to support successful project and program delivery.
Conduct impact assessments and change readiness evaluations across teams and stakeholders.
Develop and execute communication, training and engagement plans tailored to different audiences.
Facilitate workshops, change forums and stakeholder sessions to promote understanding and alignment.
Partner with leaders to role-model and champion change.
Monitor adoption and engagement, adjusting strategies based on feedback and outcomes.
Build change capability across the business through tools, coaching and knowledge sharing.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you are :
Experienced: 5 years in change management or business transformation roles (financial services or insurance is preferred).
Skilled: Knowledge of OCM methodologies (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR Kotter), behavioural change and human-centred design.
A communicator: Strong influencing, facilitation and engagement skills.
Adaptable: Able to anticipate resistance, navigate ambiguity and adjust quickly.
Collaborative & empathetic: Great at building relationships and understanding people's impact.
