Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff throughout every shift
* Lead food preparation and bulk cooking for a variety of nutritious meals
* Prepare and oversee texture-modified foods to meet specific dietary and clinical requirements
* Manage kitchen workflows independently while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety
* Execute tray service and assist with dishwashing to maintain a seamless kitchen operation
About You
* Possess a valid Food Safety Supervisor certification and a current Police Check
* Provide proof of current Flu Vaccination as per industry requirements
* Demonstrate proficiency in bulk cooking and the preparation of texture-modified diets
* Exhibit the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy kitchen
* Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to service within the aged care sector
