About The Position 
Are you ready to progress your sales career in the fast-growing SaaS industry? As an Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for a dedicated set of existing customers. You will establish a trusted advisor relationship to achieve and expand customer goals, resulting in renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. You will own the AvePoint vision and strategy for these customers and work to renew and expand our footprint within your territory. 
You will assist customers with questions or issues (with support from the team), build relationships to identify new pains and business challenges, and collaborate with our team to close new deals by listening to customers and presenting AvePoint solutions. 
Your Responsibilities Will Include 
Own a book of business and proactively sell, support, educate, and grow it through regular touchpoints. 
Act as the single point of contact for existing AvePoint customers in your account patch. 
Maintain and build relationships with key contacts and advocates to drive long-term AvePoint solution adoption. 
Manage the commercial sale and complex sales cycles with a consultative approach. 
Secure renewals at or above projected amounts and increase sales through product adoption and retention efforts. 
Understand the customer's business, challenges, pains, and opportunities; present relevant AvePoint solutions. 
Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and cross-functional teams to close deals. 
Lead discovery, solution overview, and technical deep-dive sessions with customers. 
Address questions and resolve issues promptly; communicate new product developments to customers. 
Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system and contribute to achieving quarterly targets.

Required qualifications and qualities include: 
Bachelor's degree 
Several years of technology account management experience 
Prior experience selling in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem preferred 
Experience with executive-level business and technical selling 
Familiarity with selling methodologies and processes; Business Development experience is a plus 
Strong accountability, urgency, and communication skills
