About The Role

* Casual positions available in Community Supports (hours between 6:00am‑8:00pm)
* Part‑time and Casual positions available in SIL (availability across 24/7 roster)

What We're Looking For
* You will support household activities, medical and health needs, attending community events/activities, personal care, meal management, transport, communication, and managing emotions and behaviours.
About You
* Be open to having conversations & be a good listener, without judgement
* Show initiative & think outside the box
* Empower participants you support‑ 'Do With' not 'Do For'
* Complete a pre‑employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid and have a valid driver's licence.
* Preferably be able to work a Rotating roster including some weekends and sleep overs/active night & split shifts.
