The House Manager oversees daily operations of our residential services in the Moreton Bay Region.
You will mentor a team in providing purposeful support to young people in residential care, addressing high and complex needs.
This role involves implementing a therapeutic model, ensuring an environment that engages children and young people in activities promoting life skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Build relationships with children and young people through interest and engagement.
* Maintain a safe and nurturing home environment.
* Develop and implement case plans.
* Manage staff, provide reflective supervision, and lead teams.
