At Oriental Merchant, we are seeking a skilled Trade Engagement Representative to support our expanding business in NSW.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and stores through scheduled visits. They will also ensure that stock levels are optimized by placing orders with retailers and maintaining the quality and appearance of stock.
In addition, they will maintain store shelves with company products, removing out-of-date items and providing optimal product displays. They will also complete merchandising reporting, including Point of Sale Materials, competitor activities, pricing, product ranging, promotional activities, and displays.
Furthermore, they will assist Sales Reps and shops with promotions by setting up regular displays, replenishing products, and providing customer feedback. They will also liaise with demonstrator promoters regarding events.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Full Australian working rights
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English and preferably Chinese
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize
* Current driver's license
