Role
We are seeking a full-time, Revit documenter /Senior Building Designer / Architectural Draftsperson to join our Sylvania office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concepts & coordinate DA, CC, and CDC submissions, liaising with councils, consultants, and clients locally and internationally.
- Produce detailed design drawings, documentation, and 3D models for various types of projects.
- Have sound understanding of the NCC/BCA, Australian Standards, and local planning requirements.
- Prepare construction documentation, specifications, and tender packages.
- Liaising with clients & consultants
- Well presented with Fluent English & communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building Design or related field.
- 4+ years professional design and drafting experience across multiple project types
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM), 3Ds Max, Twinmotion, Lumion, sketch up and Adobe Suite.
- Strong technical drafting and detailing knowledge
- Be able to work in a team workplace to meet timelines and manage on multiple projects
- Have Full time work rights
- Liaise with consultants, councils and clients
- Be well presented and speak Fluent English
- Like or experience in Concept design and interior design
- Familiarity with AI
