We are recruiting for a permanent fulltime SBM-HCP to join our Marketing team based at our Head Office in Northgate, Brisbane. 
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Metagenics, this key appointment is responsible for spearheading our marketing initiatives focused towards our healthcare professionals (HCPs) for our Iconic Metagenics brand. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies that deepen engagement, enhance brand awareness, foster advocacy, and drive sales through our practitioner channels, with an emphasis on digital marketing, content creation and education. 
We are entering an exciting new phase of growth at Metagenics, therefore we seek a Senior Brand Manager with the energy and drive to challenge, influence, engage, embrace change and inspire growth, and continue to develop a high performing team, including one direct report. 
Key Responsibilities: 
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to health practitioners engaged in natural health solutions, including naturopaths, dieticians, chiropractors, integrative GPs and others, which are aligned to brand plans and priorities, and to achieve targets. 
- Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the digital, sales and customer marketing team and Events & Communications Specialist including email campaigns, social media, webinars, and content marketing, to engage HCPs and educate them on Metagenics’ benefits, science and competitive advantages, driving adoption of key tools and platforms. 
- Content Development: Collaborate with global and regional education, and creative team to create educational materials, clinical guides, case studies, and digital content that resonates with health practitioners. 
- Lead Generation: Develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing within the healthcare community, leveraging both traditional and digital marketing channels. 
- Event: Collaborate withEvent & Communications Specialist to plan HCP-targeted events such as webinars, seminars, conferences, and industry trade shows to build brand visibility, foster relationships and drive awareness of Patient Connect. 
- Market Intelligence: Understand the needs, trends, and challenges of healthcare professionals, ensuring marketing strategies are aligned with industry demands and business objectives. 
- Metrics & Analytics: Track, analyse and report on the performance of HCP marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness. 
- Leadership: Coach and mentor Education Team in support with Marketing Manager, to build capability, prioritise the team’s workload and unblock barriers to ensure the team is successful in achieving KPIs and goals. 
- Best practice: Connect and collaborate with global HCP marketing peers in the broader Metagenics organisation to share, leverage and deliver best practice and efficiencies 
Skills and experience 
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline 
- Mature experience within experience in OTC, consumer or supplements marketing 
- Experience in content creation for HCPs, particularly in supplements, nutrition, or wellness 
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns 
- Understanding of healthcare professional needs, the regulatory environment, and industry trends. 
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver in budget 
- Demonstrated ability to be lead and facilitate high performance teams 
- Great interpersonal and communication skills that can scale to a range of different audiences
