We're on the hunt for a Store Manager for our new store due to open late September/Early October. This role has geniuine growth oppurtunities to a multi site manager or an operations role for the right applicant.
Key responsiblities:
Ø **Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting and packaging**
Ø **Post and promote applicable promotional displays (posters, banners etc.)**
Ø **Promote food products by demonstrating / sampling & upselling**
Ø **Maintain a high level of customer experience themselves & Team
- following steps of service**
Ø **Complete opening and closing duties efficiently and safely, using the correct procedures**
Ø **Communicate closely with AAM/AM and / or Regional Manager**
Ø **Ensure all operating standards including food safety and QA are strictly adhered to**
Ø **Ensure that KPI targets are met including but not limited to Labour, Sales, COGS's and wastage inline with the budget and/or expectations set out by AAM/AM/RM**
Ø **Order and receive raw materials and dry goods**
Ø **Ensure stock losses and shrinkage are kept to a reasonable and acceptable level guided by the AAM/AM**
Ø **Maintain daily production records and perform monthly inventories**
Ø **Maintain cleanliness and organization of sushi kiosk including a well maintained and merchandised display case**
Ø **Recruit and train new staff**
Ø **Other duties as assigned / not limited to above duties**

Ø **Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment while maintaining friendly demeanor**
Ø **Ability to manage a small team**
Ø **Experience in sushi making or food industry role**
Ø **Positive work ethic and 'can do' attitude**
Ø **Customer experience Superstar**
Ø **Effective communication skills**
Ø **Food Safety Certificate**
