We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to support the smooth running of a busy office and team. This short term temporary role is based in Claremont and requires a detail-orientated individual with excellent organisational skills. Description Provide general administrative support to management and wider office team. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Supporting with internal and external Event organisation and preparation Assist with correspondence, including emails and phone inquiries. Monitor and order office supplies as needed. Ensure the office environment and presentation is organised and professional [includes, kitchen and office upkeep, common areas cleaned] Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and errands [this may require off site travel/driving] Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Profile Previous experience in an administrative or office support role Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
