A Day in the Life
* Provide effective leadership and coaching to local teams, ensuring they meet schedules, contract specifications, and service standards.
* Ensure all incidents and issues are reported and escalated using PERISCOPE and COMMUNITY CARE platforms, with timely follow-up actions.
* Support Operations Managers with tender preparation and quotations.
* Maintain compliance with ISO Certifications and related standards.
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure efficient delivery of contract services.
* Collaborate on weekly and monthly scheduling and communicate with People Services regarding staffing or payroll changes.
Key Qualifications
* Trade certification in Horticulture is mandatory.
* Proven experience leading medium to large teams.
* Ability to supervise across multiple locations.
* Strong human resource skills including relationship building, leadership, and collaboration.
