An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Services & Settlements Officer to join a high-performing team in Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing loan settlements end-to-end, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial loans from loan offer through to settlement. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure settlements are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage residential and commercial loan settlements from loan offer to settlement.
* Review loan and settlement documentation to ensure compliance with policies and legislative requirements.
* Liaise with mortgage partners, brokers, solicitors, and borrowers to coordinate timely settlements.
* Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain professional communication at all times.
* Manage multiple files concurrently while meeting strict deadlines
* Contribute to process improvements and support a collaborative team environment.
