About the Role
This is an office-based, hands-on development role where you'll be involved in everything from new feature ideas and enhancements through to bug fixes, implementation and ongoing improvement. You'll work closely with product, support and leadership teams in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain web applications using .NET, MVC, C# and VB.NET local applications
* Build, enhance and maintain WordPress sites and integrations
* Work end-to-end on features: from concept and specification to delivery
* Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues across live systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve usability, performance and reliability
* Contribute ideas to improve products, processes and user experience
About You
You will have:
* 2+ years' commercial experience in web development
* Strong experience with .NET and MVC frameworks
* Practical working knowledge of C# and VB.NET
* Experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, customisation)
* A hands-on, problem-solving mindset
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A strong work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to learn
