The Opportunity
The Health Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of clinical services by providing high-level administrative support to our clinicians.
This innovative hybrid role combines the responsibilities of medical administration with hospitality, providing comprehensive support to our clinical team and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
This role supports the delivery of timely, efficient, and patient-centred care by managing clinical documentation, coordinating patient follow-ups, and facilitating clear communication between clinicians, patients, and the broader healthcare team.
Work hours
Heal Specialist Urgent Care is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and the Health Concierge will be engaged on a shared and equitable, roster to provide support across our operating hours.
This includes a fair share and equitable share of weekend shifts on rotation.
