Where the team fits in We're a passionate team of professionals making it easier for real estate agents to navigate the sales process. A proptech platform started in Australia by agents for agents — Realtair aims to automate and streamline the steps from appraisal to settlement and equip agents with mobile, easy-to-use technology.
What the role is all about Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through lead generation and qualification. The SDR role supports our existing account directors with prospecting, appointment setting and sales enablement activities.
Being the first point of contact for prospective customers, you will play a crucial role in the sales process, ensuring leads are accurately qualified.
Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels such as email, phone calls and social media to target potential clients in the real estate industry. Inbound prospecting – nurture and qualify leads who have shown interest in Realtair products. Research and gather information about leads to provide insights for sales conversations. Develop and manage a sales pipeline through all stages of the sales process. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and demos. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies. Become an expert on our brand, business and products. Conduct thoughtful discovery sessions with prospects. Take initiative to help Marketing convert their efforts into leads for the Sales Team. Who we're looking for 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or inside sales role, preferably in a SaaS company. Tech savvy with experience using CRM systems and exceptional communication skills. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and manage the sales pipeline. Experience building strong customer relationships across all levels of an organisation. Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and targets. Self-motivated and driven.
