Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a CAD administration role
* Super-user knowledge of Bentley products: MicroStation, OBD, OpenPlant
* Familiarity with Autodesk products: AutoCAD, Inventor
* Advanced experience with iConstruct and Navisworks
* Strong coding skills in VBA, Python, or similar
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Familiarity with BHP, Rio Tinto, or Fortescue systems and procedures is highly desirable
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Administer and maintain CAD systems to ensure efficient and accurate design outputs
* Collaborate closely with the multi-disciplinary design team to support mechanical, structural, piping, electrical, and civil projects
* Develop and maintain scripts, macros, and tools to improve design workflows using VBA, Python, etc.
* Support the integration of Bentley and Autodesk platforms across project teams
* Manage CAD standards, templates, and libraries to ensure compliance with project and client requirements
* Assist in troubleshooting CAD issues and provide technical guidance to team members
