About The Role...
As part of our energetic Sales team, you'll play a key role in supporting customers and internal teams. This role offers a mix of customer service, sales admin, and internal coordination — no two days are the same!
Your day-to-day will include:
* Creating quotes and processing customer orders (phone & email)
* Supporting the counter sales and regional sales teams
* Following up on customer queries and product returns
* Liaising with delivery drivers to track orders and updates

About You...
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working as part of a team. To succeed in this role, you will have:

* Solid computer systems experience
* Industry experience in aluminium, home improvement or building products (a plus but not essential)
