We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced team leader to join our operations team. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for managing daily depot operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining our fleet of campervans.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
* Train, supervise, and coach your team members
* Maintain the fleet, logistics, and inventory levels
* Establish and maintain relationships with local suppliers and cleaning services
* Resolve customer complaints and emergency situations
* Support vehicle resales and preparations for prospective buyers
Requirements and Qualifications
* At least 1 year of experience in team management or lead roles
* Fluency in English is mandatory
* A valid Australian driver's license and willingness to drive a campervan
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays
* Strong work ethic and reliability
