About the Role
Join Ach Group in a full-time front desk officer role at Mile End to provide high-end customer service to visitors and over the phone, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
What you'll do
Provide seamless and solution focused customer service in-person and over the phone
Undertake administration tasks
Contribute to the customer experience by providing and linking customers to expert services that support maintaining a good life
About you
Outstanding customer service skills, with proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service
IT savvy – with intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to use various software and databases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Candidates with experience in a similar role are highly desirable
You will need
Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector.
