Disability Support Worker - Make a Difference in Your Community
My Supports is an organization led by people with firsthand experience in disability. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll join a vibrant local neighbourhood team with a close-knit group of fellow support workers, all led by an experienced Team Leader.
Our Team Leaders offer day-to-day support and guidance, collaborating with you to understand our clients' needs. This approach helps us deliver person‐centred, community‐inclusive supports.
About the Role
Support Workers will provide personal care, manage challenging behaviours, build relationships with clients, and maintain professional boundaries. Work takes place across the Bondi area (Ashfield/Strathfield, Bondi, Caringbah, and Glebe) on a 7‐day week with various shifts.

Experience with personal care or challenging behaviours is beneficial but not required. We encourage individuals with lived experience or a desire to make a positive impact to apply.
Qualifications
- Permanent Australian Working Rights (Preferred)
- Australian Driver's Licence (Preferred)
- Comprehensive Car Insurance (Required upon commencement)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Required upon commencement)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Required upon commencement)
