Social Media Manager – Product Launch
Twine is seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager to drive the successful launch of a new Polar Ice product in South Africa. This fully remote requires delivery by mid‑December 2025 and focuses on building a compelling Instagram and Facebook presence while supporting the integration of a payment portal on the company website.
Responsibilities
- Set up and optimise Instagram and Facebook business accounts for the new product.
- Integrate a payment portal into the company website to facilitate online transactions.
- Develop and implement a weekly schedule for boosting posts on social media platforms.
- Edit and enhance social media posts to maximise engagement and reach.
- Monitor and report on social media performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy.
- Collaborate with the founder to align content and campaigns with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts.
- Proficiency in integrating payment solutions on websites (e.g., PayFast, PayPal, or similar).
- Solid skills in social media content creation, editing, and scheduling.
- Ability to analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Availability to deliver all tasks by mid‑December 2025.
- Prior experience supporting product launches or start‑ups is a plus.
